REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

1. REFUND REQUESTS
- Refunds will be considered in exceptional cases where the platform has failed to provide the services, and the User is entitled to a full refund after deduction of applicable taxes (if any). The refund process will only be initiated if the User provides sufficient proof of service failure. The decision of the Platform on refund requests is final and binding.
2. PROCESSING OF REFUND
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, and the amount will be credited using the same mode of payment as received.
- Users must initiate all refund requests by contacting the User support available on the Platform, which is the official mode of communication. All Refunds will be made based on the Platform's investigation following specific guidelines.
- While we take all measures to ensure the accuracy of service specifications and pricing, technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect service information may lead to inaccuracies on the platform. In such cases, users will be notified, and the Platform reserves the right to cancel the service, refunding any payment made.
- Disputes arising from refund requests or any other matters will be governed by the laws of India. The parties agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India, for arbitration awards, equitable relief, or any litigation permissible under this agreement.
- We maintain a negative list of fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, reserving the right to deny access or cancel services for such users in the future.
